How to get access to ESD, if I am not a partner of MONT TECH?

You need to fill out a small application at the address, then our manager will contact you to conclude the necessary agreements. When filling out the application, be sure to indicate that you are interested in the "Electronic Distribution" service.

How do I access ESD if I'm already a MONT TECH partner?

You can request access from your MONT TECH manager or on the website page monttech.mn.

How to place an order on portal.monttech.mn for electronic keys if the product has a button "Purchase conditions" instead of the "Add to cart" button?

Information about the conditions for purchasing this position can be obtained from your MONT TECH manager or by contacting technical support at Support@monttech.ae.

When adding an item to the cart, it is not possible to place an order, an error occurs. What to do?

You need to contact technical Support at Support@monttech.ae for help.

Seems like our account does not have enough limits to purchase ESD license. What to do?

If your limits are empty, please contact your MONT TECH manager to increase your limits.

How long will it take to deliver the keys after purchasing the ESD license?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with keys and links to the distribution kit within 3-5 minutes, but some items can be delivered within one business day, the delivery time is indicated in the product card.
Also, keys can be downloaded on portal.monttech.mn in the Order section.

How long would it take to receive the invoice?

The invoice will be delivered to you in 1-2 business days from the MONT TECH manager.

How many days do we have to pay the invoice?

Usually, you will need to pay the payment within 3 business days. But for further information please contact your MONT TECH manager.

After buying subscription plan does it automatically starts counting usage days?

No, after purchasing the ESD subscription license you will need to activate to start the subscription.

Why are some licenses in USD and some in MNT?

ESD licenses are in MNT and CSP licenses are in USD.

When ordering Kaspersky keys, the portal gives an error. What to do?

When ordering Kaspersky keys, you must specify the "Partner PIN" and the end date of your partner status. You can request this information from your MONT TECH manager.

I can't buy Kaspersky keys in a large volume, what should I do?

You can buy 20 pieces at one time, so if you need 100 pieces, you need to divide into 5 separate orders.
